BRIZ Properties has been in business of brining affordable and quality properties to you since 2005. We buy locally and make them avilable to the global market, making sure they stay affordable for everyone. We deal mostly in land and that too in Virginia, even though the prices are going up everyday, we have been able to find faboulous deals which can be held for long or short term.

As we buy in bulk, we don't have time to visit every property, which is the biggest reason why we will sell them at these low prices. Due Diligence & Warranty

We strongly encourage you to visit the property and perform a visual inspection of the Real Estate BEFORE BIDDING. We do not recommend you bid on this or any real estate without performing all DUE DILIGENCE, including a site inspection, and contacting the county that the land is located in.

All information contained on our auctions have been gathered from various sources and to the best of our knowledge are deemed reliable. We are not a Real Estate Agent, THEREFORE, we offer these assets for sale in "AS-IS" condition at the time of sale, including any hidden defects of any nature, known or unknown, with no representations, warranties or guarantees whatsoever, express or implied, regarding their nature, value, source, authenticity, fitness, merchantability, and/or any other aspect or characteristic of these assets. No statement anywhere, whether express or implied, shall be deemed a warranty or representation by Briz Properties regarding these assets. ALL PROSPECTIVE PURCHASERS ARE URGED TO RESEARCH ALL INFORMATION AND CONDUCT DUE DILIGENCE TO THEIR OWN SATISFACTION PRIOR TO BUYING PROPERTY.

Land is Sold on "AS-IS, WHERE-IS" Bases.

If there are any outstanding undisclosed fees that we ("BRIZ Properties LLC") are not aware of, the buyer will assume the fees. This can be avoided by performing due diligence by contacting the county and the HOA. In most cases, pictures included in our auctions are not of the actual lot, but are from the general area.

All Sales Are Final.

We accept Certified Checks, Personal Checks (requires 10 days to clear), Wire Transfer or Cash. Paypal is not recommended because of its high service fees, but if you want to use Paypal, you will be responsible for all associated fees.

A charge of $350.00 will be added to the final purchase price for administrative expenses, such as deed preparation, deed recording with Frederick County, listing costs and document preparation and mailing.

Please DO NOT BID on properties unless you intend to honor your bid, and AGREE to the terms and conditions as specified in our listings. Selling a property is expensive and we get charged listing fees whether the property sells or not. It is unfair to us and to other bidders if you bid and not complete the sale.
